Apparently, from stuff I’ve read online, tightening the PC don’t make every guy’s nuts lift up; some guy’s nuts don’t even move. Probably only because they haven’t strengthened the muscles. I’ve heard of a few that naturally can get them to lift easily, so it seems that some guys naturally have strong pelvic and cremaster muscles and others have to work for it. So if you try what he’s showing and there’s not “ball movement”, don’t worry about it and just keep practicing and eventually, BOING! 🙂
